Our FIRST experience was a one star. Some of the food was completely inedible, we didn't receive part of our order and my husband, who picked up the food for us, said the service he received was terrible. I contacted the manager (or owner, not sure) and he immediately assured me that he would replace the meal for us and that it would be perfect. Simply call and let him know when we would be back (we live an hour away from Sydney). I called him again to arrange to pick up the meal. When I walked in, the restaurant was busy and I noticed it was clean. I waited briefly in line, was greeted pleasantly and I said that I was there to see the manager. The young lady got him quickly. He was very pleasant and once I told him who I was, he promptly got my order and pointed out that everything was there. The food was fantastic! Because of the distance, we had to reheat it but that made no difference! The chicken was juicy and full of flavour, the biscuits were just like they were back home and the sides (although not to my personal taste) were delicious and fresh. The place was far too busy for everything to be made just for us so it seems as though they stepped up their game as far as quality goes. Thank you Popeyes management for making things right for us. We will be by again!

This was my first time at Popeyes and it did not disappoint. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal for myself and nugget kids meal for my daughter, both were hot and fresh and super tasty! Fast service and very clean inside restaurant

If I could give 10 stars I would for service. Pulled up to the window ; immediately was greeted by a sweet young girl , she read back my order to make sure it was correct. I had hardly any wait time , but while I was waiting since this was my first time here I asked the young lady (her name was Emma , if she’s working you’re in good hands for sure) about her recommendations, she went over all her likes , and things I have to try next time. I got my food , everything was exactly as ordered , and food was amazing !! They have accessible access to the store , and handicap parking. 10/10 recommend giving them your business , I notice a lot of people talking about pricing, however 1 piece of chicken was the size of my entire hand & cooked perfectly , I would pay that any day! I took a picture for size comparison to the box.

Went to Popeyes it was very good, the food was well loved , the people made me feel like i was at home and it was accessible for those whom need it. Needless to say i will 100% be back. I highly recommend the 3 piece tender combo with the Cajun fries and blacked ranch. The tenders were super crispy and juicy and the fries were very well seasoned and fresh. The biscuits are also to die for and their blackened ranch have a very nice depth of flavour that accompanies the meal very nicely. There apple pies and strawberry cream cheese pies make an amazing accompaniment for dessert!

Fantastic takeout experience! I ordered the smokin Rojo & fries. Everything was absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, and the flavors were rich and complex definitely restaurant quality even at home. Everything was packaged securely and arrived hot and perfectly intact.There was not any missing item in the packaged.Highly recommend for delivery or pickup!"

It was our first time eating at a Popeye’s, staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was good. Chicken was crispy on the outside, moist and juicy on the inside. They offer Mac n cheese as a substitute for fries, which I liked. I’m not a big fry fan. My husband got fries and gravy, all very good. They checked in after we were half way through to ensure we were satisfied. Overall great first experience.

I had a great experience at Popeyes thanks to the manager. They were friendly, respectful.The manager was amazing—very professional, kind, and helpful. She handled everything smoothly and suggested the good food. She made the experience at Popeyes much better, and it shows how well the place is managed. The meal was delicious and definitely coming back!!! Specially the nuggets are really good!

As I visited Popeyes, I had a great experience. The food was fresh, hot, and very tasty. The fried chicken was crispy and full of flavor, and the chicken sandwich was juicy. The sides were good and went well with the meal. Portions were nice for the price. Overall, I really enjoyed the food and would like to visit Popeyes again.
